About Studio 5

Hi, my name is Anneliese and I am the Principal of Studio 5 School of Dance

Studio 5 School of Dance was first established in 1992, prior to opening Studio 5 School of Dance I followed my passion for teaching, I have performed at many different events at the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Entertainment Centre, I have also performed at various Rugby League Grand Finals and State of Origins. I have choreographed and performed for CD releases and various shows.

I am qualified to teach students from beginner levels through to a professional level.

The syllabus that is taught at Studio 5 School of Dance is:

  • Southern Federation of Dance (SFD) Member

Students can sit exams in any of these syllabus styles in various levels up to professional and teacher levels.

Since your child's/children's safety and well being is my main priority, all classes are taught and supervised by fully qualified teachers in which I have full confidence in. All my students are taught the technical side of dance as well as the creative aspects, as it is as important to know why we do an exercise as it is to know how we do it.

All my students and parents know they can approach me, if I can help with anything I am only too happy to. I can always be contacted if there is anything that you need to talk to me about and if I am unable to talk we can arrange an alternate time.

Our Dance Studio is truly one of a kind, everything is carefully thought out in order to give our dancers the best possible experience.

Come learn with the best at Studio 5 School Of Dance. Explore our site for more information, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

Studio 5 School of Dance: my second family. The environment is a supportive and enjoyable one, allowing us to acquire the technicalities of dancing whilst having an absolute ball. It is a place that recognises the importance of achieving your personal best, working as a team and the positive impacts of dancing on your health. The environment is inclusive in that the Studio is open to people of most ages and all abilities, providing opportunities for everyone to “have a go.” We are taught not to be afraid to express or challenge ourselves through dance, opening up a whole new world to discover.
